Seagraves ISD has established procedures to comply with the Children’s Internet Protection Act
(CIPA), which mandates that: 
1. All computers incorporate technology to protect students from obscene material, child
    pornography, and other harmful material 
2. Student online activity is monitored 
3. The district established an online safety policy
