I’ve always believed that true leadership isn’t about a title—it’s about showing up and having a real heart for what you do. I truly believe that the more we love what we do, the more our performance thrives. It’s really about having a deep commitment that makes everything we do so much more impactful for our students. My hope is that this passion is contagious, so that every student and staff member feels that same excitement to be here every day.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: if we lead with love and see the unique potential in every student, then there is no limit to what we can achieve. This mindset helps us stay rooted in the traditions that make us special while being bold about our future.

To make that happen, I am focused on the things that matter most:
Safety: Ensuring our schools remain a secure and welcoming environment for all.
Support: Empowering our teachers so that great instruction is the daily norm.
Opportunity: Providing every student with exceptional experiences in academics, athletics, and extracurriculars.
Partnership: Actively involving our families, community members, and stakeholders to ensure our school remains the proud hub of the community.

I’m a big believer in listening first, being a responsible steward of our resources, and keeping the lines of communication wide open.

Ron and I are so excited to be part of this community. We’re grateful for the traditions that define Seagraves, and I’m eager to work with everyone who shares that sense of pride. Let’s stay grounded in who we are but stay hungry for what we’re becoming. Together, we’ll make sure every learner feels valued and ready to make a positive mark on the world.
