Jorge Beltran competed today at the Regional Boys Powerlifting Meet in Brownfield !
Jorge finished 6th place in the 123 pound weight class with a total of 740 pounds!

Today two girls competed at the Regional Powerlifting meet in Colorado City.
Sr. - Jaylene Moreno
Jr. - Mercedez Cantu
Both athletes competed and represented our school and community very well today!
🦅 Jaylene had a total of 390 pounds in the 97 lbs weight class.
🦅 Mercedez placed 5th with a total of 695 pounds in the 114 lbs weight class. SHE QUALIFIED FOR THE STATE MEET WITH THAT TOTAL AND WILL BE COMPETING IN FRISCO DURING SPRING BREAK!!!

Seagraves Elementary will be celebrating Dr. Seuss Birthday and Read Across America, Friday, March 1. Students may dress as their favorite Dr. Seuss character.

ATTENTION PARENTS:
We have updated our current calendar. Friday, March 8th will now be a professional development day for staff, and a student holiday.


Parents of the 7th grade band - the band will be competing the next two weeks. First, the band will be at the Pre-UIL Concert Contest on February 29th.
The following week, on March 6th, the band will be at the UIL Concert and Sightreading Assessment at Sundown. This contest is open to the public - there may be an entry fee involved. Performance times will be released later in the week.
