Junior Mercedez Cantu finished 10th Place at the State Powerlifting Meet in Frisco with a total of 680 pounds. Mercedez hit a PR in Deadlift and her overall total! It is a Great Day to be a Lady Eagle!

Both athletes competed and represented our school and community very well today!
🦅 Jaylene had a total of 390 pounds in the 97 lbs weight class.
🦅 Mercedez placed 5th with a total of 695 pounds in the 114 lbs weight class. SHE QUALIFIED FOR THE STATE MEET WITH THAT TOTAL AND WILL BE COMPETING IN FRISCO DURING SPRING BREAK!!!
